How To Get Away With Murder Season 2 finale and Season 3 expectations

“How To Get Away with Murder” wrapped up season two with so much twists and suspense better than season 1. We were surprised when season 1 ended and we saw Frank was the killer,well season 2 left us with more surprise. It turns out Caleb (Kendrick Sampson) was the killer all along. After Oliver hacks the police they find out that Caleb has been an informant for the police. Annalise (Viola Davis) with the help of philip compiled enough evidence  to prove that Caleb was the killer. In the end, we see Caleb in what looks like a suicide in a pool of blood in the bathub. Annalise is still having a hard time forgiving Frank for killing Lila and playing a role in the accident that led to the loss of her baby years back. Frank dissapears but meanwhile Annalise tells Bonnie (Liza Weil) that Frank has to go. Now we dont know if that means fire him or kill him. Wes (Alfred Enoch) takes a trip to confront Wallace Mahoney about being his father. Wallace is shot right in front of him just after he tells him I think I am your son, splashing blood all over Wes’ face. We don't know who shot Wallace Mahoney. I have a feeling it's Frank.


 I found an article online from "Variety" containing an interview with the creator of How to get away with murder Pete Nowalk. Here is what he had to say concerning upcoming season 3

How soon will the mystery of who-shot-Wallace be revealed in the new season?There are two options for me — it’s either in the first minute in the show, or that’s a longermystery because it’s a more complicated story.
My theory is that Frank is the one who shot Wallace in order to get redemption with Annalise. What do you think about that theory?
I will say that makes a lot of sense. If Frank decided I need to make good with Annalise, I’m going to get rid of one of the most evil men in her life and I’m going to show her thatI’m on her side. Exactly that makes sense, but sometimes on the show, it’s our goal to do what no one expects and sometimes we just do what makes sense. It’s not a bad theory at all, and I have a theory as well and I’m going to meet with the writers in the next few months and we’re going to hash it out and see what idea we like best. It’s all up in the air.
Wes obviously didn’t have a relationship withWallace, but still, his father was shot right in front of him and his blood was splattered all over his face. How will that affect Wes?
One year ago, I would have said Wes would have fallen apart and down a spiral, but I think he’s been through so much hell now, he’s much tougher. The thing I’m really excited to explore now is what is his relationship with Annalise now. They’ve beenon such opposite sides because she’s been aggressively protecting him, but also hiding asecret from him, but now that everything is out on the table, he has to decide whether to trust her. He’s alone so I think there’s a version where they grow much closer and they work together so that’s what is really appealing to me right now.
Whether or not Frank shot Wallace, he is missing. Is he actually gone or will he come back?
There’s a very good option that he’s gone for good — that he fled to South America and will hide away from Annalise forever. That bag has a lot of money and he hasn’t touched it this whole time. He’s been atonning for that sin for these past ten years without Annalise even knowing it. Or, he’s going to try to win her love back. Those are just two options. There’s a big mystery still ofwho was he before he met Annalise. What happened between him and Sam beyond thatsecret that they kept in the hospital? Those are all stories I want to keep telling and explore. We’ve only now just revealed one secret so there’s got to be a lot more.
What does Annalise mean when she tells Bonnie “he needs to go” — does she want Frank dead?
I think that’s a really good question, but I will not answer that question because I think it’s up to the audience. I didn’t know how Viola was going to perform it. I just trusted that she would in her own way, and I think she probably has one meaning for it. This is the biggest betrayal of her life, besides Sam being involved in Lila’s murder. For her, in that moment, she does not see a way to forgive Frank or even a desire to forgive Frank. Instead, it’s the opposite. It’s this desire to see him go — however you want to interpret that. We’ll reveal more about that next season.
If Frank is back, what is the relationship between him and Bonnie going to look like?
A lot has changed.Bonnie is going to have to chose sides basically. Bonnie is like, Annalise, we can forgive Frank, it was Sam’s fault! She’s tryingto be the peacemaker. And Annalise is like, hell no! Bonnie is basically going to have to chose a side in this war and I don’t know which one she’ll chose. Within that, there’s also the mystery of how did Bonnie and Annalise first met and who is Bonnie most loyal to.
In the new season, do you want to explore Bonnie’s backstory just as much as you did with Frank’s this season?
Both of their backstories, we’ve hinted at certain things, but we haven’t shown it. The storylines that I have in my head are very rich and complex, so I don’t know when we’ll tell them, but I think they are worth seeing.
Speaking of backstory, why did you want Annalise to visit her childhood home?
A few reasons. I wanted to bring Cicely back obviously this season, and she wasn’t available until our finale because she was doing a play. I knew I wanted Annalise to findout that Frank killed Lila. She’s been betrayed by another man, and who is she going to go to? She can go to Eve, but I feel like Annalise’s only choice is to flee town. And then also, I just love the challenge and the weirdness of changing the show’s energyand changing the location. The finales with the way we’ve done them, they’re high-intensity and exciting and I just wanted to do something different. It was scary and really hard doing that storyline, but for me, I always respond to the biggest challenge so that was my goal.
Why did the Hapstall case end how it did withCaleb being the killer, and him ultimately taking his own life?
For a while, I felt like it was too expected thatit would be Caleb — the one who we got to know better and the one that Michaela fell for. I just thought that people may see it coming. But in the end, it felt like the thing that made the most sense and obviously, sometimes we go for surprise, but for me I just wanted it to make sense. We didn’t provide clear-cut evidence, like in the real world you never actually know — you know people are charged with murder and put in jail, but there’s always the chance that they didn’t do it — so I think we gave as much evidence as they would have gotten in the real world just to prove that he did it, and I think that his suicide basically answered the question. He gave up.

Boyka Undisputed IV(2016): TRAILER

Boyka is back

Boyka returns in the Undisputed sequel, the franchise has proven to be awesome over the years. The movie is set to be released later in 2016. From the trailer we see that its not the normal prison fights as we saw he gained his freedom in part 3 of the movie. He seems to be fighting because of a lady this time. JARHEAD 3 THE SIEGE(2016): TRAILER AND REVIEW

Jarhead 3: the seige directed by William Kaufman is a serious improvement from the previous sequel. This is entertaining and engaging.
Corporal Albright (Charlie Weber) is posted to duty at the American embassy in an unknown middle eastern city. His attitude
leads to friction with his boss Raines (Scott Adkins). Albright notices a suspicious camera crew outside the gates and suspects the embassy may be under surveillance but he is shut down by other offices because he is a rookie. A terrorist group attacks the embassy  beginning a siege on the civilians
and marines.
Among the civillians is a documentarian (Dante
Basco),a female staff and the ambassador. They call for back up and a team of special forces commandos depart to their rescue led by Major Lincoln (Dennis Haybert). But they can only get there within the hour so until then they have to hold and fight back. Sergeant Raines gets killed in the cross fire leaving Corporal Albright in charge of the team.
Jarhead 3 is a must watch action movie with a sense of humour from Dante Bosco which keeps it entertaining. Gunnery Raines played by Scott Adkins popular for his role as Boyka in Undisputed also did a good job as we see a different side of him that exists. Charlie Webber who took the lead role did an amazing job with his character and delivered as he should. Nice story,nice casting,nice acting and nice editing. Check out the trailer below.

GODS of EGYPT (2016) : Trailer and Review

 

Gerard Butler seems to be loving movies that are ancient with swords as he features in this movie GODS of EGYPT alongside Nikolaj Coster Waldau from Game of Thrones. God of the air Horus is about to be coronated king of Egypt when his uncle Set(Gerard Butler) comes and presents a horn as a gift and tells him to blow it. Little did he know it was a signal for his Uncle's army to come in. Set kills his brother the current King and challenges Horus to a fight and after a while of hand combat they both transfrom to some Marvel robot-like creatures which i wonder why they didn't do from the start. Set over-powers him with a little cheating and plucks out his eye which seems to possess power. Just as he is about to kill him Hathor the god of love pleads on his behalf to show mercy and spare his life. He is then cast away to a crypt and his eye is kept in a location with security mechanism worse than laser beams. Then Bek a mortal boy whose girlfriend believes so much in Horus goes on a quest to retrieve his eyes and return it to Horus but he unfortunately finds only one eye. In the process of his escape with his girlfriend she is shot by an arrow and she dies. Horus promises to bring her back if he helps him locate the other eye so he can save all of Egypt. Horus is quite aware that there is nothing he can do to bring her back but he says that to motivate Bek in having an alliance with him. They also get help from Hathor and Thoth the god of wisdom. In the end they defeat Set but Bek dies in the process. When Horus takes his body so he can lay it beside his girlfriend his father appears to him to ask for a wish. He asks that both Bek and his girlfriend be restored back to life and it is granted. Horus becomes the king of Egypt with Bek being his special adviser. 

While this may be an interesting plot some things are wrong with this movie, starting from the part where the casts do not look like Egyptians  with a lot of white faces as opposed to what ancient Egypt should look like.Although the director has apologized publicly.

Then the area of poor graphics which does not make the movie very real in an era where CGI graphics has taken over, the movie looks like it was shot years ago.

Also the god of wisdom didn't seem very wise to me as I can't exactly pin point one wise thing he did. Horus played by Nikolaj Coster Waldau didn't portray his role with so much energy as if to say he was bored by it and Bek did most of the work seeming like a god himself and being the main attraction of the movie. I also did not quite grasp the concept of "immortals" dying. I mean immortals don't die right?
However,the movie did deliver on being engaging for most of the run time and displays the love side as well as the action with a nice plot.

GOTHAM S02 EP 14 : IS BRUCE WAYNE A KILLER?

 

You killed my parents 

Bruce finally finds the man responsible for his parents death, his name is Matches Marlon. After Bruce gets a gun from Selena without the knowledge of Alfred,Bruce plans to kill Matches Marlon when he finds him. After some digging for his whereabouts Bruce gets an address of his location but Alfred is admitted in the possible so Bruce goes alone. He finds him and asks some questions only to realise he doesn't even remember killing his parents but he later recollects and tells Bruce to kill him. Jim comes to stop Bruce but it was too late, Matches was dead. After Bruce leaves his place ,he joins Selena to stay on the streets and drops off a letter for Alfred telling him not to look for him.
Meanwhile Oswald(penguin) gets released from the asylum and cleared sane not knowing the doctor intends to use him as an experiment. Jim and his fiancé begin investigation on Miss Pringles dissaperance which leaves Enigma uncomfortable.

SUPER GIRL S01 Ep16 : SUPER GIRL PLAYS NASTY

Our super girl is many things but this time she is naughty after she brain gets altered by a red kryptonite synthetically generated by Maxwell Lord.  He claims it was not his intention to harm super girl so he aids in creating an antidote for her.
In this episode Cat grant is given the award of most powerful person in National city and she praises super girl but not long after that as super girl is exposed to kryptonite she becomes and dangerous with an I don't care attitude. After she let's an alien fugitive go, Hank and Alex become convinced something is wrong. Meanwhile,at work she is nasty and changes her dress mode and also gets Siobhan her rival assistant fired.

My favorite line in this episode is where kara tells Sobhian "don't get jealous,or do,I don't really care" . Super girl even went on to change her suit,serious business. How much damage does she cause? Was she saved? Find out by downloading this series at o2tvseries here

50 SHADES OF BLACK(2016): TRAILER AND REVIEW

 

This movie is a complete mockery of fifty shades of grey,not that I am a fan of that either. 50 shades of black which is supposed to be comedy and a spoof of the original movie turns out to be absolute stupidity. The plot follows same as 50 shades of grey but in this case Christian Black. Most of the scenes were repeated in a way that's just annoying and so many offensive conversations, from racist talk to sexist and so on. The movie fails to deliver on both comedy or romance. It's just an epic failure,its so bad they have a rating of 7% on rotten tomatoes. I guess Malon Wayans days are long gone because his role in haunted house was nothing to write home about also. I beg you,do not for any reason see this movie.If they had taken it a little bit more serious perhaps it would have been a nice movie. 6 Ways to Die(2015): Trailer and Review

There are so many reasons why this movie is a failure. From weak acting to weak script to poor casting. This movie just falls short of expectations.
The movie tells a story about John doe(used to describe one who is anonymous or unknown) played by Vinnie Jones who wants to take revenge on Sonny Garcia who according to him took everything from him. He hires six people to take away his love,freedom,money,reputation and eventually his life. It turns out John Doe is actually Sonny Garcia disguised. Unfortunately this twist leaves viewers more of confused than thrilled. The issue of disorganized timeline of continuous 1 week earlier leaves viewers with the thought of when exactly is this happening. There were some certain dumb actions in this movie that leaves you thinking who is the director (Nadeem Soumah). Imagine an assassin with a big rifle instead something more concealable like a pistol in broad day light and as if that's not bad enough he cocks it after he leaves the car. Then a police officer sees him and tries to stop him but the victim shoots the police officer first instead of the assassin,who does that? The security detail of Sonny acted as though they have no experience what so ever,making the assassination look stupid. We see a crowd in a club watch as he is shot three times and they still stand there. Well it was supposed to be a good revenge story but poorly executed. See pictures and trailer after the cut.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle 2(2016): Trailer

This second part of the teenage mutant ninja turtle is titled out of the shadows, like the name implies they are no longer in hiding. This movie is set to be released in June,2016. Many of us enjoyed the part one,at least I personally did,let's hope this one delivers much more. See the trailer below.

X-MEN APOCALYPSE(2016) :TRAILER

X-men has no doubt been one of the sucesfull movie franchise. This latest sequel is titled apocalypse and to be released May,2016. Now I don't know about you but I am very sure i don't want to miss this when it comes out. There are a lot of things we can see from the trailer, we see professor Xavier is now bald,I have always wondered the correlation from his looks in first class and days of future past. The apocalypse who is the first mutant ever from ancient Egypt can control all mutants,the X-men seem to be in a lot of trouble with that. Jean Grey seems to be having sleepless nights as she sees visions of the apocalypse before his arrival but Xavier tries to calm her down . Our lovely storm will not be played by the sexy Halle Berry,well this is because they are still in the 80's according to the story. We can also see mystique fighting on the Xavier side. We are not exactly sure if wolverine will be in this movie. Enough of my talk,see the trailer below. Enjoy!!!

JUNGLE BOOK(2016): TRAILER

So here is another 2016 movie we are expecting to see this year,Jungle Book. This is set to be released in April,2016. This motion picture was postponed from last year to this year by Walt Disney pictures. Many of us are familiar with this story as kids,seems the jungle thing is working, reminds me of George of the jungle. Take a look at the trailer below.

The movie which is set to be released in July, 2016 and directed by David Yates also starring some big Hollywood faces which includes Samuel L Jackson,Djimon Hounsou,Christoph Waltz and Margot Robbie. The movie looks like fun to watch and with this much faces in the movie it should be able to deliver. PAN(2015): Trailer

A 12-year-old Peter (Levi Miller) living in an orphanage is abducted by a group of pirates and finds himself away in a  fantasy world, Neverland. His friend is left behind but he promises to come back for him as they seperate.He meets new friend James Hook (Garrett Hedlund) and the warrior Tiger Lily (Rooney Mara) in a world full of adventures.They band together to save Neverland from the ruthless pirate Blackbeard (Hugh Jackman) as he also tries to find out about his mother who left him when he was a baby. While on this adventure, the rebellious boy discovers his true destiny, becomes the hero known as Peter Pan. He comes back for his friend as promised and they return back to Neverland.

Interesting fantasy movie,although not everything that I expected but not a waste of time still. See the trailer below.

13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi (Trailer)

 

This movie was released January,2016 and directed by Micheal Bay. This real life war film told the story of six soldiers who fought in Benghazi,Libya to protect the American diplomatic house trying to save 36 American citizens. Despite the clear orders from the local CIA chief to stand down these men fought for what they believed was right. Reminds me of Lone survivor by Mark Wahlberg. I wonder if American Soldiers don't get charged for mutiny, the rate at which their movies portray the Soldiers making their own call. Well its in a positive way. There is nothing really to criticize since survivors of the incident claim the movie actually portrays the events that happened. So sit back and enjoy the trailer

HEIST (2015): Trailer and Review

This is an interesting heist thriller, but the more interesting part is the twists towards the end. A man requires 300,000 dollars for his daughter's medical fee unless they remove her from support and she could die. He meets his boss pope played by Robert de niro but he doesn't give him the money. He meets a bouncer in the same casino they work in who suggests they rob the casino instead. This bouncer cox played by David Bautisita brings in two of his friends in on the heist. But the heist goes south as the boss pope is on their tail and also the FBI. Vaughn needs to get the money to his daughter by 6 pm or else she doesn't make it for the surgery but he is still on the run. 

Other than the variables involved such as Vaughn knowing the bus would pass at  that particular time or that the get away driver would abandon them. Or that they would let the pregnant woman go or that the snipers didn't shoot or that they were able to over power the SWAT team, the movie was nice. 

The expression when Vaughn found out the FBI agent was in pope's pocket was rather stupid, the fact that you received a phone call from pope through his phone says it all. Well, i think i have provided enough spoilers for those who haven't seen the movie. Check out the trailer below.
