So you watch some movies and you like "that's not real" . Well some actors have refused to use graphics and stunt doubles which make them very valuable actors. This comes at a price of course as some have broken bones and undergone certain operations in the course of shooting movies. Here is a list of actors/actress that do their own stunts.
